Participants: Delroy, Jean-Pascal, Anton
Delroy’s mission: give people back to themselves. The things we pursue are often not what we need and truly want. How do I make life work without the struggle and pass on the formula?
Jean-Pascal as an answer to Delroy’s question on life without the struggle: Psycho-cybernetics, Maxwell Maltz, the 1960 edition.
Delroy’s vision about EbrightU: building a community of practitioners, expanding it at a massive global scale so it lives as a message, culture and a way of life for the next generation
Jean-Pascal: Who is the consumer of what we are doing?
Build an active community of practitioners.
Jean-Pascal’s 5-year vision: bring the joy in a workshop setup. Agents of transformation. Change your personality by changing your energy.
Jean-Pascal: Have an intention for every meeting.
Delroy: Group of people who understand energy, how to use energy to create life. We need to use energy to create the life we want. Practice playing with the energy ball, try seeing energy. Practice feeling people and their emotions and energy. Try taking decisions based on feelings, on energy, not on thoughts.
What is the thing I would like to have fun with for the next two weeks?
Jean-Pascal would have fun with his 2-minute training routine: 10 pushups, dumbbell – back and triceps 15 per arm, dumbbell biceps and pushup 15 per arm; hold a dumbbell with two hands in front of you, at a shoulder height not far from the body do a squat, push the dumbbell froward away of the body, bring it back, 15 reps.
Delroy: uncanny dreams, you ask yourself one question before going to sleep, then expect your dreams to come with answers. “The one thing”
Anton: The Silva Method, try not to get asleep by the end of the guided meditation.
Next time: The StarGate Solution with Dawn Clark: who you are 5 years from now.
Since we were all excited about building a community of practitioners, here is a question: how can we apply the building methods of our business to the energy community and grow it as fast as the business?
